Yes, if you want to learn properly. We’ll help you build good habits, learn key movements, and progress step by step. The aim is confidence and consistency, not intensity for its own sake.

What’s the difference between Personal Training and OpenPT?

Personal Training is one-to-one coaching with full attention on you throughout the session. OpenPT is small-group training with coaching in the room, where you follow a structured plan and get feedback and adjustments as you train.

How do I get started?

Not sure what’s right for you? The easiest first step is to use the website form, message us on WhatsApp, or reach out on Instagram and we’ll point you in the right direction. If you already know what you’re looking for: • Personal Training / OpenPT: book a free 30-minute in-gym consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, look at how you move, and recommend the best place to begin. • Olympic Weightlifting / Strength Fundamentals: book a drop-in (or join the membership) straight away. • Online Coaching: contact us via the website form or WhatsApp (Instagram also works).

Do I need to be “fit” before I join?

No. You need a starting point, not a certain level. We’ll meet you where you are and build from there, with standards and progression that match your experience.

What do you mean by “fundamentals”?

By fundamentals, we mean the basics that make training safe, effective, and repeatable: sound movement patterns, good positions, controlled technique, appropriate loading, and consistent progression over time. Getting these right is what allows strength to build steadily, without relying on shortcuts or constant novelty.
