What it is
Strength Fundamentals is a coached weekly class focused on the fundamentals of strength training. Sessions are built around key movement patterns, including the squat and deadlift, with coaching on how to set up, brace, and move well under load. The class is designed to help build stronger mechanics, better movement quality, and more confidence in the gym.
What you get
Fundamental movement coaching
Each session focuses on core strength patterns and the technical foundations that support them.
Push and pull training
Classes alternate between full-body push and full-body pull sessions, with work built around squatting, deadlifting, pressing, pulling, and accessory exercises.
Individual feedback
Coaching is detailed and adjusted to the person in front of the coach, with room for technical corrections and progression at the right level.
