What it is

Olympic Weightlifting at Strength Armstrong is coached training focused on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. Sessions are led by Noorin Gulam, a British Weightlifting national athlete, and built around technical development, power, and repeatable progression.

What you get

Each session is coached with attention to positions, timing, and execution.

Whether starting out or developing existing lifts, coaching is structured to help build stronger movement patterns, better barbell control, and more confidence under load.
