3) Services we provide

We offer:

  • Personal Training (PT): 1:1 coached sessions

  • OpenPT: coached small-group training where each trainee follows their own personalised programme

  • Olympic Weightlifting: coached sessions focused on the snatch and clean & jerk

  • Strength Fundamentals: coached strength class focused on key movement patterns (for example squat and deadlift)

  • Online Coaching: remote programming and coaching support (and where stated, nutrition support)

Service details, timetables, and pricing may change over time.

4) Timetable changes and session availability

All sessions are subject to capacity and availability. We may change the timetable, session duration, or coach running a session. If we cancel a session, we will offer an alternative session, credit, or refund where appropriate.

5) Drop-ins, class packs, and memberships

Drop-ins

Drop-ins allow you to book a single session.

Class packs

Class packs provide a set number of sessions to be used within the validity period shown at purchase. Packs:

  • are non-refundable unless required by law

  • expire if not used within the stated validity period

  • are for personal use and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing

Memberships

Memberships provide access to sessions as described at purchase (for example, access to certain classes on the timetable, or a set number of sessions per week/month). Membership terms (billing date, minimum term, pause/cancellation rules) are shown at checkout or in your account.

6) Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds

  • If you cannot attend a booked session, please cancel as early as possible so another person can book.

  • Unless required by law, drop-ins and class pack purchases are non-refundable.

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

  • If we cancel a session you booked, we will offer an alternative session, credit, or refund where appropriate.

(If we later enforce a specific cancellation window or no-show charges, we will update these terms and display it clearly at checkout.)

7) Payments

Prices are shown in your booking or checkout flow. Payments are processed by third-party providers through the booking platform. We do not store full payment card details.

8) Health and safety

Strength training involves risk. By attending, you confirm that:

  • you are fit to take part in physical exercise, or you have sought appropriate medical advice

  • you will train within your capability and follow coaching guidance

  • you will inform the coach of any injuries, conditions, or limitations that may affect training

Coaching and guidance is not medical advice. If you feel unwell or unsafe, stop and inform the coach.

9) Behaviour and gym standards

We expect respectful behaviour towards coaches and other members. We may refuse entry, ask you to leave, or suspend/cancel a membership for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive.

10) Personal property

You are responsible for your belongings. Strength Armstrong is not liable for loss or damage to personal items except where required by law.

11) Photography and filming

From time to time, we may take photos or short video clips in the gym for coaching, education, or marketing. If you do not want to appear in content, tell us and we will respect this.

12) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

To the extent permitted by law, Strength Armstrong is not liable for losses that are indirect or not reasonably foreseeable.

13) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the “Last updated” date.
